Good Worms Versus Bad Worms

Saturday, March 02, 2019
10:00 AM

Courthouse Annex Meeting Room 827 Water Street, Indiana, PA 15701   Map This Location

Join Penn State Master Gardeners Julie Baker and Jim Woodard as they demonstrate how you can use "good" worms for indoor, odorless composting. You will learn how to set up your own worm composting bin to make nutritious compost for your garden, using just table scraps. We will contrast these "good" worms with an invasive worm, the Asian crazy worm or Alabama jumper, that is threatening forest regeneration with its voracious appetite.
